  • Training Partner (TP) username & password received showing invalid/does not exist.

    TP email verification link not clicked/received to verify it by the customer.

    Have you completed all steps for TP signup/registration form on SDMS TP & TC portal (http://tp.nsdcindia.org/)

     

    If yes, please check SPAM folder as well along with the inbox of the SPOC email ids mentioned on the form to get the SDMS TP email verification link. The email with credentials would be addressed from proposal-sdms@nsdcindia.org. Click the link in that email to verify your TP SPOC email.

     

    If you can not find that email, take screenshot of all the error. Then raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have. If you don’t have the Jira logins/link then write to jira.login@campusmgmt.com with your SMART or SDMS TP/TC ID, SPOC Name, Email, Phone, Entity Type (TP/SSC/AA), Organization Name, Scheme: (PMKVY 2016-2020/ Other). It will be resent within 2 working days.

  • TP/TC SPOC Name, Mobile, Email, Aadhaar already exists with another TP/TC

    Because SDMS system will not allow duplicates entries.

    Firstly, ask the earlier TP/TC, with which they were associated with, to remove your SPOC and update their SPOC details by contacting NSDC.

    If that is not possible, then submit another of your next best TP/TC SPOC’s details which does not show error in SDMS as already existing.

  • TP/TC SMART ID already exists

    Check if you have already created any TP/TC on search tab on your TP SDMS portal (http://tp.nsdcindia.org/).

    If yes, use that profile and refrain from creating any duplicate entries in SDMS.

    If no, take screenshot of all the error. Then raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have.

  • No scheme showing/candidate/batch not able to create on TC portal

    Log in to TP SDMS link (http://tp.nsdcindia.org/) and check if can view your Job roles & target on your TC profile submitted in TC tab.

    If it says (in small letters) “There is no job role approved by PMU” under section Target Approved by PMU, then check if can view their job role submitted as pending below it. If so then have to wait for 5 working days for NSDC to approve it.

    And if there is no job role submitted, then add & submit your job role details with targets.

    If job role shows approved on SDMS, then take screenshot and raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have.

  • Forgot username or password

    Use ‘Forgot Password’ option on SDMS and enter your correct SDMS username. Your credentials will then be sent by SDMS automatically to your SPOC email addressed from proposal-sdms@nsdcindia.org.

    If still not received, then take screenshot and raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have. It will be resent within 2 working days.

  • What is SMART ID ?

    8-digit TP or TC SMART username you use to log into SMART. For a TP its starts with TP and for a TC it starts with TC.

  • What is SDMS ID

    Its an auto SDMS system generated unique number upto 4 digits or more.

    It can be found logging on their TP SDMS link (http://tp.nsdcindia.org/) and checking your TP or TC profile. It’s mentioned in the first 2 fields on top of each of your profile.

  • Which fields are mandatory ?

    Any field with red star/asterisk (*).

  • Do not understand the field on SDMS

    There is a help/information icon against some fields on SDMS like an ‘i’

    This gives quick description on the meaning of the field.

    Also in the help menu, can download the manual to follow the procedure to work with the portal.

  • OTP not received

    Is any error showing?

    If not, patiently wait for 2 to 3 minutes as there could delay due to delay by your mobile service provider.

    If still any error or otherwise, then take screenshot and raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link your have.

  • TP not able to add/submit new job on SDMS/TP Portal.

    Check If it says (in small letters) “There is no job role approved by PMU” under section Target Approved by PMU.

    If yes, then can they view their job role submitted as pending below it. If so then wait for 5 working days for NSDC to approve it. After which only can you add next job role/targets.

    If there is no job role submitted, add & submit your job role details with targets.

    If job role shows approved on SDMS or still error and not able to add new Job role, then take screenshot and raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have.

  • How do i raise any other technical issue or Jira ticket involving SDMS ?

    Take screenshot of all the errors first.

    Then raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have.

    If you don’t have the Jira logins/link, then write to jira.login@campusmgmt.com with your SMART or SDMS TP/TC ID, SPOC Name, Email, Phone, Entity Type (TP/SSC/AA), Organization Name, Scheme: (PMKVY 2016-2020/ Other). It will be resent within 2 working days.

  • How to know that batch is approved ?

    Go to View Batch Approval Status option. Here, you can check the batch approval status. If a Batch has already started, the same details will appear in the Ongoing Training tab.

  • While registering the candidate, should the name and address entered be the same as in the Aadhaar or Alternate ID card ?

    Yes, details must be entered as per the Aadhaar or Alternate ID card.

  • Rectify a spelling mistake in the name on the Aadhaar card?

    If there are spelling mistakes in Aadhaar card, you must reach out to UIDAI center for rectification.

  • Dropping candidates who have been absent for long from ongoing batch, will my target replenish ?

    Yes, the target will be replenished after updating the dropout candidates on SDMS.

  • How do i change trainer in the batch ?

    Raise a Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have with Registered trainer details and batch name.

  • How do i change batch timing ?

    Please note once batch is submitted and approved, you or NSDC cannot change time of the batch.

  • Can a Dropout candidate be replaced by another candidate ?

    No, you cannot replace a dropout candidate with another candidate for the same batch in which the dropout candidate had registered. But a dropout candidate can be enrolled into new batch.

  • Are alternate ID Details necessary to be filled even after Aadhaar details are specified ?

    Alternate ID details are required to be filled only by candidates belonging to the “special areas”, where the Aadhaar card is not mandatory.

  • How do i get the Finance/AX login credentials ?

    Login credentials (Username and Password) are shared on the day after the TP/TC have attended the training session. These details are shared through email to your finance SPOC.

    Else, if still not received, raise Technical Issue/Support tickets on the Jira portal link you have.

  • Training on SDMS

    Refer to the training manuals on http://www.pmkvyofficial.org/SDMSTraining.aspx.

    Or else, write to ' trainer@campusmgmt.com ' with your TP Name, TP ID, TC Name, TC ID , Training Participant Names, Contact Number and Contact email id to receive an email invite for training on SDMS.
