Setup sub sector groups for the identified key trades which would own the trade End to End. (Develop Framework – Pilot - Train - Assess - Improve.)
Involve Employers, Employee and private players to impart the required training. Conduct a PILOT study with a center.
During pilots, support development of content for the critical trades.
